Please double check to verify that you have entered the correct shipping address at checkout. If a unit/apt number is needed, please remember to add it!
If your package is returned to sender due to an incorrect address or a forgotten unit number, the customer will be required to pay shipping a second time in order to have the package re-shipped.
If you realize that you have submitted the wrong address, please contact us immediately. If your package has not shipped, we can edit this. If your package has shipped, we will have to wait for the package to be "Returned to Sender" (me, Lexi) and I will have to reship it. This will require an additional shipping charge to be paid by the customer, as I will have to purchase a second label.
Once a shipping label has been created it can no longer be edited. Once the package has been returned to sender, it is no longer usable. Please understand why I have these rules in place, and double-check all of your information <3
Unfortantley, we do not accept returns. We have very specic sizing charts included on every listing and we highly reccomend measuring your dog's neck before placing an order.
