Q: How do I wash my bandana?

Because our products are handmade, we reccomend handwashing your bandana in cold water and leaving it out to air dry.

Q: Can I return my order?

Unfortantley, we do not accept returns. We have very specic sizing charts included on every listing and we highly reccomend measuring your dog's neck before placing an order. However, if an issue has occured with your order, please reach out to us through our email (bohoandbark@gmail.com) or our Instagram DM's (@bohoandbark). We will do everything we can to correct the problem.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

We sure do! We ship worldwide. Shipping rates are calculated on your countries location and weight of your package.

Q: What is your processing time?

Our orders are currently all made-to-order, meaning we sew your bandana specifically for you. Because of this, our "hand made" timeframe is currently 6-9 business days, from your date of purcahse, to your order's ship date.

Q: What size is Willow?

Willow is a 34 lb. goldendoodle who comfortably wears a medium!

Question 1

My shipping address is wrong!

Accepted Answer

Please double check to verify that you have entered the correct shipping address at checkout. If a unit/apt number is needed, please remember to add it!
 
If your package is returned to sender due to an incorrect address or a forgotten unit number, the customer will be required to pay shipping a second time in order to have the package re-shipped. 
 
If you realize that you have submitted the wrong address, please contact us immediately. If your package has not shipped, we can edit this. If your package has shipped, we will have to wait for the package to be "Returned to Sender" (me, Lexi) and I will have to reship it. This will require an additional shipping charge to be paid by the customer, as I will have to purchase a second label. 
 
Once a shipping label has been created it can no longer be edited. Once the package has been returned to sender, it is no longer usable. Please understand why I have these rules in place, and double-check all of your information <3
